Do you ship internationally?

No, we are currently working on that hoping that in future it will be possible. We currently ship in Europe. For any requests contact the support email.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location, but most customers receive their orders within 7 - 12 business days. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Our Standard Delivery is free and has no additional fees.

For the Express Delivery there's a cost of 3.99€ calculated at checkout.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Our checkout is secure and encrypted for your safety.

Is my payment information secure?

Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

No, we do not support cash on delivery at this time.

Do you charge additional transaction fees?

No, we do not charge extra transaction fees. However, your bank may apply foreign transaction fees if you’re purchasing from outside our primary currency.

Can I pay in installments?

At the moment, we do not offer installment payments. However, we may introduce this option in the future.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so contact us immediately if you need changes. We will do our best to correct the order.

How do I check my order status?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order on our website or through the carrier’s tracking page.

I didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder. If you still don’t see it, contact us at beautybrushshopping@gmail.com, and we’ll resend your confirmation.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
