RETURNS
Our policy allows for returns within 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Certain types of goods are non-returnable. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Customizable products, as they cannot be resold to third parties.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts due to reasons unrelated to our error
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. Processing times may cause a delay in the refund being posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at beautybrushshopping@gmail.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed of your return.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in the refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item worth more than €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
